As you may be aware, we always offer an online video call or telephone call first. This is the free and lasts for 30 minutes. This has been traditionally offered to check that we are the right service for your child and your family.

We have always offered an online service model as part of the range of services that we offer and during the Covid-19 Pandemic we are offering a ‘remote first’ model as this is the safest option for avoiding its spread. This means that we will complete assessments and treatment intervention online as a starting point.

We are not currently running any group sessions.

Where remote intervention is not possible or suitable for your child and family, we will are now offering visits after an individual risk assessment has been completed.  As part of our infection control policy, our therapist will wear scrubs and PPE for individual sessions.  You will also be asked to complete a Covid consent for treatment form.

We will update our policy regularly as government regulations and advice from our professional bodies change. We will provide you with the policy and the updates if required.

If requested, our activity bags can be quarantined for 48 hours before we send them to you.
